MARIAH Minny

Mariah is a native of Philadelphia who was raised in California. She discovered her passion for dance at the age of three and, by seventeen, began pursuing it seriously at San Jose City College, where she majored in Jazz with additional training in Modern and Ballet.

 

Since 2019, Mariah has been teaching her signature style, Frisky Heels, at numerous studios including Redwall, Enjoy Dance Studio, Purdance, Rae Studios, Full Out, In The Grooves, and many more. She has also performed throughout the Bay Area and worked with major artists such as Juvenile, AllBlack, and Fulanito (as a Samba dancer at Shoreline Amphitheater).

 

Mariah has been represented by Rae Agency in San Francisco and has been mentored by a few well known LA Choreographers She continues to train and grow in other styles in the Bay Area and Los Angeles. . 

 

Her brand, Frisky Heels, emphasizes sexy, fun filled energy with strong foundations in technique, stamina, strength, musicality, and leg-line extension, while also celebrating sensuality, in high heels. Her passion for and love for all dance levels  is entirely what sets her apart from many. As both an individual and choreographer, Mariah brings professionalism, true technique, stamina, confidence, class, and patience to everyone she works with.
